JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Knowledge on creating test cases and executing them.
- Understand product workflows and identify use cases. Documentation experience on product workings, workflows etc.
- Hands-on capabilities on scripting.
- Collaborate with software development team to prioritize and resolve bugs, manage feature requests and reduce tech support by process efficiency and training
- Knowledge of defect tracking and management, Test Management and STLC activities.
- Make recommendations to improve product reliability, code coverage, performance, and quality assurance best practices/processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strategic thinking and strong in Technical writing

Approx. Package: Rs. 2,50,000/- to Rs. 2,80,000/- Per Annum
