Stipend during training period for 3 months: Rs.10,000 Per month + Rs. 5,000/- Variable (based on your performance)
Approx Package after training period: Rs. 2,40,000/- Per Annum
Package Structure for 3 Year Roadmap:
After the training period your 3 years bond starts. The sarlary for that is as follows.
If you opt for 3 years commitment you get increment after every 6 months as mentioned below.
- First Year (Initial 6 Months)- Rs. 2,40,000/-Per Annum
- First Year (Next 6 Months)- Rs. 3,00,000/-Per Annum
- Second Year (Initial 6 Months)- Rs. 3,60,000/-Per Annum
- Second Year (Next 6 Months)- Rs. 4,20,000/-Per Annum
- Third Year (Initial 6 Months)- Rs. 4,80,000/-Per Annum
- Third Year (Next 6 Months)- Rs. 5,40,000/-Per Annum
- And if you complete 3 years with Nimap Infotech you will get Loyalty Bonus Of Rs.1,00,000 Lakh.
- If you want to continue to 4th year at Nimap Infotech, you will get Rs. 9,00,000 Per Annum Package Guaranteed.
