Roles and Responsibilities For WordPress Developer
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
Work with themes and plugins to enhance website functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues.
Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers.
Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and technologies.
Skills required for WordPress Developer
Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Experience with theme customization and plugin development.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
Understanding of version control (Git) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Customizing existing themes or creating new ones from scratch.
Using REST API, Hooks, and Filters for customization.
Cleaning up unused data for better performance.
