Pass out Year: 2023/2024
Percentage Criteria: Any
Candidate should be ready to work in Sales.
Approx. Package: Between Rs. 3,50,000/- to Rs. 4,00,000/- Per Annum. ( (including incentives) + Travel Reimbursements)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily calls to promote financial products.
Utilize existing customer databases to identify leads.
Schedule appointments and meet with customers.
Present insurance options and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and rapport-building.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust to market changes.
