Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
Design and develop robust back-end applications using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate front-end and back-end systems to create seamless web applications.
Design and manage database schemas and optimize database queries in MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, other developers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, following best practices in development.
Implement security measures to safeguard applications and user data.
Test, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure high reliability and stability.
Participate in version control management using Git and maintain collaboration tools like GitHub or GitLab.
Set up and maintain deployment pipelines and work with cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.
Follow Agile methodologies (sprint planning, standups, etc.) and deliver within set timelines.
Document code and project processes, ensuring clear and up-to-date records.
Skills Required
MongoDB: Data modeling, CRUD operations, and performance optimization.
Express.js: Building RESTful APIs, middleware, and routing.
React.js: Component-based development, hooks, state management (e.g., Redux), and React Router.
Node.js: Backend API development, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
Version Control (Git): Using Git for version control and collaboration.
Authentication: JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
Front-End Skills: HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Testing: Unit and integration testing with tools like Jest and Mocha.
Deployment & DevOps: CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku), and Docker.
API Integration: Consuming REST APIs and using GraphQL.
Performance Optimization: Load balancing, caching, lazy loading, and code splitting.
Security: Data validation, HTTPS, and environment variables management.
