ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification: BE/BTech (CS/IT),BCS,BCA,MCS,MCA.
Pass out Year: 2022/2023/2024/2025.
Percentage Criteria: NA.
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 2,40,000/- Per Annum.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
* Assist in the creation of project documentation, such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
* Conduct gap analysis and support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
* Participate in project planning, prioritization, and ensuring that business objectives are met.
* Support the testing phase by developing test cases, assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring the solution meets business requirements.
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to business analysis and IT solutions
Skills Required
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, ECBA, or similar) is mandatory.
* Completed an internship in business analysis or a related IT domain.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of business processes and systems.
* Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
* Proficiency in tools like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
