ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification: BE/B. Tech, M.Sc, MCA, ME, M.Tech (CS/IT/ENTC/Mech)
Pass out Year: 2022/2023/2024
Percentage Criteria: NA
Any Bond: 3.3 Years

Approx. Package: Rs.3,00,000/- Per Annum
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain middleware software like WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, or IBM MQ.
2. Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Monitor application servers and tune middleware parameters for optimal performance and uptime.
3. Middleware Deployment and Integration: Deploy enterprise applications and integrate middleware with other systems (e.g., databases, APIs, ERP).
4. Troubleshooting and Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve middleware-related issues, including logs analysis and root cause identification.
5. Security and Compliance: Manage user access, SSL certificates, and ensure middleware security policies are enforced.
6. Backup, Recovery, and Patch Management: Handle regular backups, recovery plans, and apply software patches and upgrades to maintain stability
Skills Required
1. Technical Knowledge of Middleware Platforms: Proficiency in platforms like IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, and messaging systems like Kafka or MQ.
2. Scripting and Automation: Experience in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Ansible for automation of tasks and deployments.
3. Operating Systems and Networking: Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and basic networking concepts like DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
4. Monitoring and Logging Tools: Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Nagios, AppDynamics, or ELK Stack.
5. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills : Ability to quickly analyze logs, debug errors, and resolve complex middleware issues.
6. Communication and Documentation: Effective communication with development, infrastructure, and security teams; ability to document procedures and incidents clearly.
