Job Location: Pune.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BSC, BCS, BCA
Pass out Year: 2022/2023/2024
Percentage Criteria: 60% throughout
Any Bond: No
Stipend During Internship period: Between Rs. 5000 / – To Rs. 10,000/- Per Month(Based on Interview)
Approx. Package After Internship Period: Between Rs.1,80,000/- To Rs.2,50,000/- Per Annum
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Test Planning and Design: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
2. Test Execution: Perform manual and/or automated testing of software applications to identify bugs or performance issues.
3. Defect Reporting and Tracking: Log bugs in tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and work with developers to resolve issues.
4. Requirement Analysis: Review and analyze software requirements for completeness, clarity, and testability.
5. Regression and Re-testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure resolved issues haven’t introduced new bugs.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
Skills Required
1. Attention to Detail: Ability to catch subtle bugs and inconsistencies.
2. Analytical Thinking: Evaluate requirements and outcomes systematically to ensure test coverage.
3. Knowledge of Testing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or Postman.
4. Understanding of SDLC/STLC: Knowledge of Software Development and Testing Life Cycles.
5. Automation Skills (optional but valuable): Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Java) for writing automated test cases.
6. Communication Skills: Clearly report issues and collaborate effectively with teams.
