ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification: BE / B.Tech (CS/IT) , BCA , BCS
Pass out Year: 2023/2024
Percentage Criteria: 60% throughout
Male Candidates Are Only Prefered
Approx. Package: Between Rs.3,00,000/- to 4,00,000/- per Annum
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Test Planning and Execution:
● Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality,
usability, and performance of Django and React-based AI applications.
● Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure adherence to
project requirements and specifications.
● Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and maintain application stability.
2) AI Application Testing:
● Evaluate AI-driven features and functionalities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and
reliability.
● Test machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP) models,
and other AI components for robustness and effectiveness.
● Collaborate with AI engineers to understand system architecture and integration
points for effective testing.
3) Defect Management and Reporting:
● Document defects, anomalies, and test results in detail using issue tracking
systems.
● Work closely with development teams to prioritize and troubleshoot issues,
ensuring timely resolution.
● Provide clear and concise defect reports and status updates to project
stakeholders.
4) Collaboration and Communication:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers,
and designers to understand requirements and validate implementation.
● Communicate effectively with team members to discuss testing strategies,
findings, and recommendations.
● Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
and sprint reviews.
5) Continuous Improvement:
● Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in
QA testing, AI technologies, Django, and React frameworks.
● Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to
enhancing QA methodologies, tools, and practices within the organization
Skills Required
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, with expertise in testing Django and
React-based applications.
● Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, testing techniques, and best
practices.
● Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and AI application testing
methodologies.
● Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, Jest, PyTest, or similar frameworks
is a plus.
● Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA testing, AI, Django,
and React technologies.
