Job Location: Pune/Mumbai.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification: B.E/B.TECH(IT/CS), BCA,BSC,BCS, MCA, MCS
Pass out Year: 2024/2025 Only
Percentage Criteria: 70% throughout
Approx. Package: Between Rs. 4,00,000/- To 5,00,000/- Per Annum.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
2. User Account Management: Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, including password resets and permission management.
3. System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance and ensure uptime by performing regular checks on servers, storage, and backups.
4. Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and networked devices as per company policies.
5. Support for Enterprise Tools: Assist with Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, and basic networking tasks such as assigning IP addresses or resolving connectivity issues.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of issues, solutions, and equipment inventory; create user guides and technical documentation for future reference.
Skills Required
* *Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies:* Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
* *Basic Networking Skills:* Understanding of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and general network troubleshooting.
* *Hardware & Software Troubleshooting:* Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and commonly used software.
* *Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:* Capability to assess issues quickly and provide effective technical solutions.
* *Communication & Customer Service:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and explain technical information clearly.
* *Familiarity with Cloud Services (Optional/Preferred):* Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Google Workspace is a plus.
