ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Qualification: B.E/B.TECH(CS/IT).

• Pass out Year: 2025 Pass Out Only.

• Percentage Criteria: 70% Throughout.

• Any Bond: No.

• Certificate (If Any): AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft 365.

1. Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
2. Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours
3. Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
4. Basic application support knowledge
5. Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts)
6. IT Support, non-voice process
7. Excellent written and oral communication

        Skills Required:

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
2. Hands-on experience with Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB.
3. Should understand basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc.
4. Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
