Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or TestComplete.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools
such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or TestComplete. - Create and maintain test automation frameworks to support functional, regression,
and performance testing - Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects, as well as provide input on testability during the development process.
- Work closely with the manual testing team to ensure test coverage and identify opportunities for automation.
- Document test results and report defects using standard bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
